Welcome to River of Life Candle Company: A Light Born of Faith

At River of Life Candle Company, every flicker of flame tells a story—a story of faith, obedience, and God’s redemptive love. Founded by Shannon and Mellissa, our company was born from a deep desire to honor the Lord through the work of our hands and to create something meaningful that would bless others in their walk with Christ.

Our Story: From Prayer to Purpose

River of Life began not in a boardroom, but at the kitchen table, during one of the many conversations Mellissa and I shared about our faith and the longing to live a life fully devoted to God. We talked often about building something together—not just a business, but a ministry that could serve people right where they are, through something simple yet powerful.

Candlelight always had a special meaning for us. In Scripture, light represents God’s presence, guidance, and truth. It was in one of those prayerful moments that the vision became clear: we would create a line of candles inspired by God’s Word—each scent, each name, and each design pointing people back to the Source of all light.

Why We Do This

Our heart is to offer more than just candles. We want to share the peace of Christ, the beauty of Scripture, and the warmth of God’s love through every product. Our candles are hand-poured with care, prayed over, and crafted to create an atmosphere where hearts can be stilled and faith can be stirred.

Whether you’re setting the tone for quiet time, giving a gift with eternal meaning, or simply filling your home with fragrances that soothe the soul, we hope each candle serves as a gentle reminder: God is near, and His Word lights our path.

From Our Heart to Yours

When you light a River of Life candle, you’re not just enjoying a beautiful scent—you’re participating in a story of obedience, faith, and biblical truth. Thank you for supporting our journey and allowing us to be a part of yours.

May our candles bring light to your home and hope to your heart.
