Our wholesale program is designed for approved businesses purchasing River of Life Candle Company products for resale.
Wholesale accounts are subject to approval and may require business and resale documentation before tax-exempt wholesale ordering privileges are activated.
Wholesale Products

- Hand-poured candles
- Wax melts
- Room and linen sprays
- Other select River of Life Candle Company products
Product availability, fragrances, sizes, and seasonal collections may vary.
Wholesale Pricing
Approved wholesale partners receive access to wholesale pricing on eligible River of Life Candle Company products.
Wholesale pricing is intended for products purchased for resale and is not available for personal-use purchases.
Opening Order Minimum: $150.00
Reorder Minimum: $100.00
Minimum Quantity per Fragrance/Product: 4 to 6
Wholesale pricing, minimums, case quantities, and product availability are subject to change.
Processing Times
Every River of Life Candle Company product is prepared with care.
Wholesale orders may require additional production time depending on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.
Estimated wholesale processing time: 10 business days.
Processing time begins after the order has been approved, payment requirements have been satisfied, and any required resale or tax-exemption documentation has been received. Please Allow up to 14 days for curing time.
Large or custom orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping
Wholesale customers are responsible for applicable shipping and delivery charges unless otherwise stated in writing.
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of the order.
River of Life Candle Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Sales Tax & Resale Purchases
Businesses purchasing River of Life Candle Company products for resale may be eligible to make qualifying wholesale purchases without sales tax when valid resale documentation is provided.
Florida Retailers
Florida businesses purchasing products for resale should provide a current Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax.
The certificate must be valid for the applicable calendar year and should be submitted before a tax-exempt wholesale purchase is completed.
A resale certificate may only be used for products purchased for resale in the ordinary course of business. It may not be used to purchase merchandise for personal use or for products that will be consumed or used by the purchasing business rather than resold.
River of Life Candle Company reserves the right to verify resale certificates before approving tax-exempt purchasing privileges.
Out-of-State Retailers
Retailers located outside Florida may be asked to provide a valid resale certificate, seller's permit, sales-tax license, or other documentation applicable to their state.
Sales-tax treatment may vary depending on the retailer's location, delivery destination, and applicable state and local tax requirements.
River of Life Candle Company reserves the right to collect sales tax when appropriate documentation has not been provided or when tax is otherwise required by law.
Churches, Ministries & Nonprofit Organizations
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, schools, and other faith-based organizations.
Please note that nonprofit status does not automatically make every purchase sales-tax exempt.
Qualifying Florida organizations requesting a sales-tax exemption may be required to provide a current Florida Consumer's Certificate of Exemption before an eligible tax-exempt purchase can be processed.
The purchase must qualify under applicable Florida law and be made by the exempt organization in accordance with the requirements of its exemption.
Purchases made for personal use by an individual are not tax exempt simply because that individual represents or works for an exempt organization.
Please submit your tax-exemption documentation before placing an order if you believe your organization qualifies.
Wholesale Account Requirements
Wholesale applicants may be asked to provide:
- Business name
- Contact name
- Business address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Website and/or social media pages
- Type of retail business
- Resale certificate, seller's permit, or applicable tax documentation
- Products or collections of interest
- Estimated opening order
- Additional information needed to review the account
