Thank you for shopping with River of Life Candle Company. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair shipping rate.


1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high order volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


2. U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • We ship from Florida, USA to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.


3. Free Shipping

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; details will be displayed on our website.

  • Free shipping, when available, applies only to qualifying U.S. orders.


4. International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries outside the United States. Available destinations and rates will be shown at checkout.

  • International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shannon@riveroflifecandles.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
